Friends of Helicon Farm
A scrapbook of my friends, students, clients
and their horses.
Michelle has moved to Florida, where she is having a ball with her imported Dutch Warmblood Brando. Here they are cutting it up at a show at the Jim Brandon Arena.
Susan Morgan Price and Dojie
Rhonda Pool and her dressage professor Chile with visiting Michelle McWhorter who is riding Rhonda's foxhunter Vashti.
Congrats to Rhonda on her purchase of Guapo, a smooth moving sweetheart of a Peruvian Paso.
Edie Webber and Bravo demonstrate the joy of dressage. Watch for Edie and her exciting new youngster Dante (a De Niro grandson).
Edie takes two lessons with me each year -- whether she needs them or not! ;oP
Wow! Look out for Edie's spectacular new horse Unique. This gorgeous gray has a royal pedigree. He is by the Olympic and World Cup competitor Idocus out of a mare by the preferent stallion Roemer!
Meet Emily Kutz and her pride and joy "Mik" Emily comes twice per week to Helicon Farm to be a working student. A thousand thank you's to Emily!
Introducing beautiful black Capella, proudly owned by Connie Henegan. Photo on right shows how nicely she goes after just a few months under saddle! That "R" line rideability comes through her dam by Rohdiamont! Her sire is Caruso.
Capella was a premium foal and #1 GOV filly in the nation DSHB/USDF.
Okay we admit it...We're Devon-philes!
Here we are on the first day of pilgrimage 2009!

Capella has started her show career! Four blues - winning all of our classes - at the May 2010 Dallas Dressage Spring show with scores up to 71+% (training level test 4 open). I just started Capella under saddle eight months before this show! What a special girl!
