Graf Salzburg has a royal pedigree for showjumping. Sire Graf Top II stands in the US, and is a full brother to the leading Hanoverian jumper sire in Germany Graf Top I.

Dam Salzburg achieved the very rare high score of 7.8 at her mare inspection. This kind, beautiful mare was sired by Spartan, who also sired the leading top Hanoverian jumper sire Stakkato. Stakkato was recognized as the 2007 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year by the Verband.

Graf Salzburg is a rock star wherever he goes. He is stunningly gorgeous and huge. He is laidback, safe and gentle. Gratzi is an intelligent, brave, kind-hearted horse. He makes new friends wherever he goes.

He is a nice mover with smooth, steady gaits. Gratzi has a foundation in dressage training, but he loves to jump, and he shows wonderful talent and attitude despite limited experience*. He is fun to hack out and sane to take cantering and jumping in the fields.

I am looking for a great home for Gratzi with a horse lover who will cherish him and have fun jumping, hacking and eventing.

Gratzi was orphaned at birth so he trusts and adores people. He does not have any dangerous habits that orphans sometimes can develop. Special consideration will be given to forever homes.

*Gratzi lives on a dressage farm with nothing higher than a cavalletti to jump. He is owned by a dressage rider who has not jumped since pony club, and yet he has a great attitude about jumping and packs me around with good humor. I have to take him off property to jump him. On our next outing we will be working on teaching him (and me) about distances.
